A very good service in terms of service and promptness of the job. I decided I no longer wanted to use my 12 year old Apple Macbook Pro and revert to a Windows laptop. Very quickly Jeremy suggested the more expensive Lenovo laptop he had in stock and had me up and running with the new laptop set up and all files transferred and backed up over 2 visits. A very efficient and friendly service. He even reformatted my Time Machine Back up disc so it worked with Windows. He also wiped the Macbook and another obsolete laptop. Excellent all round
