I phoned Jeremy with an enquiry and he was able to take a look at my laptop the same day. He was very friendly, professional and efficient. Throughout the process; he explained what he was doing to the laptop to repair it. This put my mind at ease. I explained to Jeremy that my laptop is used for business so if possible, would like it repaired quickly (although understood this might not be possible). Jeremy completed my laptop repair super quickly, and I was able to get it back the next day. Thank you so much.
