I was having real problems

I was having real problems with sound on Zoom and was on the verge of buying a new computer. Jeremy looked at my laptop and very soon had the problem sorted out alongside fixing other things which were badly affecting it’s performance, thus improving the laptop and saving me a considerable amount of money.
