Jeremy came to my rescue when my computer catastrophically crashed on a Sunday evening with an important piece of work still to complete. I was able to drop off the computer with him first thing the next morning and within 2 days he had made a home visit to set me up on a new laptop, transfer all my files and software, connect existing hardware and familiarise me with using Windows 11.
Jeremy is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and friendly . He listened to my concerns and was able to answer all my questions patiently in a way that I could understand.
