Jeremy has done quite a few jobs on my PC – some of which I can remember, and some of which….
Anyway, I do remember that he has cured several minor glitches for me – eg the screen freezing and a USB port shorting and causing the PC to hang-up.
On the grander scale, he has installed a solid-state hard drive for me (which was transformational in terms of start-up and operating speed!), provided me with an external hard-drive for backups and the software to go with it, and installed the most recent version of Windows 10 when my PC warned that updates would soon cease to be available for my version.
Throughout, Jeremy has been pleasant to deal with, conscientious, thorough and punctual with delivering the work as he originally promised. His pricing is very reasonable, too.
I can recommend him without hesitation for any PC work and will continue to use his services in future – though I hope not to have to for a while!
