Jeremy is a personable and friendly chap who quickly answers enquiries and keeps you informed every step of the way. Jeremy replaced a battery in my MacBook – which is working perfectly. There was a slight mishap with the job which was quickly rectified to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Jeremy, he has a great work ethic and prides himself on doing the best job possible.
