Jeremy Stuart was very kind, courteous and helpful when he looked at my Lenovo computer which is about 12 years old and had been behaving very slowly and erratically. He took it away and sorted it immediately, bringing it back the next day. It now works as if it is new.
I found Jeremy to be efficient, knowledgable and clear in explaining problems. I would certainly recommend him to anyone having computer difficulties. I am considering calling upon him again with regard to a similar problem. He was also able to transfer my documents onto a separate hard drive.
