My laptop was a total shambles jeremy came out and after running through the set up and deleting unwanted items he did a brilliant job sorting it out and it is now running perfectly.I had no previous contact with him and he came very quickly and he is a very approachable genuine guy who explains to you all that is required.I will not hesitate to contact him again if I get laptop problems.
