My laptop had been acting at a snails pace for quite some time and so I decided to get my laptop checked out by someone local. Jeremy’s business was the first one to pop up on the search tool.
Jeremy not only responded promptly to my queries via email, but when I met him in-person to show my laptop to him, he broke down the complex technical information into bitesize information using analogies, so that I understood ,(as someone who is not well versed in the world of IT and computers). This helped me to understand the procedure better and by being honest with me Jeremy made me feel that my laptop was in safe hands, in terms of the hard drive being wiped, etc. What I also appreciated was that Jeremy didn’t pressure me to make a decision right away and encouraged me to go away and think about it. The next day I contacted Jeremy and handed-in my laptop.
When I came to pick the laptop up, once it had been fixed, Jeremy took the time to walk me through the changes that he had made to the laptop again, and I was able to see the difference between what I was shown when I dropped my laptop off and then. There were also no hidden fees and the price remained as was communicated when I dropped the laptop off and it was less than buying a new laptop! I can now write that my laptop operates at double the speed that it once did and since I rely on my laptop a lot, my daily life has improved, as I can achieve more in a shorter period of time.
