When I phoned Jeremy was friendly, very knowledgeable, talked me through the issue (without confusing me with technical jargon), advised what was needed, costs & timescales. I dropped it off (he does call outs too) & the following day my PC was sorted. The service was efficient & a fair price for the work done. I would definitely recommend Jeremy.
