When my PC hard drive failed, I feared I had lost all my files, which include irreplaceable photos. Not only did Jeremy restore the PC to a fully functioning condition, updated to Windows 10 and a full suite of software, but all my old files were recovered. I now have a quite high spec PC at a much lower cost than buying new and I have my old files.
I also had a laptop with an intermittent fault, which other companies failed to diagnose and resolve after several attempts, restored to reliable working and upgraded spec, again much less costly than replacement.
